Case Manager 專案經理

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in insurance proposals, plans, product comparisons, commission management, insurance application process, post-insurance services and claims settlement.

• Liaise with insurance companies, sales channels, and internal colleagues.

• Respond to inquiries, build relationships and address the internal and external needs of the business team.

• Update case status and provide solutions to any queries.

• Assist with compliance activities regarding client background.

• Recommend process and system improvements to improve productivity and service quality.

• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies for insurance brokerage activities.

工作職責：

• 精通保險方案書，計畫書，產品對比，傭金管理，投保流程，保後服務和理賠。

• 與保險公司、銷售管道、內部同事聯絡。

• 回覆詢問、建立關係並滿足業務團隊對內對外的需求。

• 更新案件狀態並針對任何疑問提供解決方案。

• 協助進行有關客戶背景的合規活動。

• 建議流程和系統改進，以提高生產力和服務品質。

• 遵守保險經紀活動的監理要求和公司政策。

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably those working in banks, securities firms, insurance companies, insurance brokerage firms, and agency service teams.

• Ability to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills, and able to withstand work pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Candidates familiar with premium financing preferred.

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English, candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred.

• 能夠獨立工作，良好的人際溝通能力，能承受工作壓力。

• 較強的溝通協調能力。

• 熟悉保費融資者優先。

• 流利粵語，普通話，英語，粤语，普通話流利者優先。
