Case Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**Deliver C-FIRST training to DCS employees, covering the range of C-FIRST application modules and tasks specific to varying roles within the system both in-person and virtually. Develop training materials for specialized tasks in C-FIRST. Generate data within the C-FIRST training sandbox for use in C-FIRST training. Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Department of Children//'s Services and Deloitte to enhance training development and delivery. Provide web-based technical assistance to staff to facilitate system learning. Utilize Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms to conduct and support training sessions Collaborate with training team members and program leadership to ensure consistency and quality in training content and delivery Travel will be required within the State of TN. **Minimum Qualifications:**One (1) year of experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other virtual training tools Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving training environment Bachelor//'s Degree is required **Preferred Qualifications:**Experience delivering training in a government or human services setting Experience training computer systems **Work Conditions:**Travel may be required for in-person training sessions Hybrid work environment with both remote and on-site responsibilities
