Case Manager

Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating Case Management software (Knowledge of FileVine is a plus!). What You’ll Do:

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
• Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
• Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
• Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, in-person role
• Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• This is NOT a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Personal Injury Case Managing: 2 years (Required)
• Personal injury law: 1 year (Preferred)

• Creole, Russian or Spanish (Preferred)
