Yonkers Community Action Program, Inc. (YCAP) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join our Community Services team. This position

plays a critical role in helping low-income individuals and families achieve economic stability and

self-sufficiency by connecting them with emergency assistance, supportive services, and community

resources.

Position Summary: The Bilingual Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management, assessment, advocacy, referral, and supportive services to eligible individuals and families through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program. The position assists residents facing economic hardships by helping them access resources such as:

• Rental Assistance
• Utility Assistance
• Food Pantry Services
• Clothing Vouchers
• Furniture Assistance
• Emergency Financial Assistance
• Housing Stabilization Services
• Community Resource Referrals

The Case Manager works closely with participants to identify barriers, develop self-sufficiency goals, and connect households to resources that improve long-term stability and quality of life.
