Responsibilities

• Provide crisis management support during urgent situations, ensuring immediate safety and connecting clients with appropriate emergency or mental health services.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, progress notes, and incident reports in compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in social work, or related fields with a focus on crisis intervention and addiction counseling.
• knowledge of crisis management protocols and behavioral health practices.
• Demonstrated ability to perform social work duties with compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients through motivational interviewing techniques.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
