Case Manager/Independent Support Coordinator

Case manager/Independent Support Coordinator for Knoxville area, working with adults and children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The ISC will be assisting the individual in identifying, selecting, obtaining and coordinating both paid services and natural supports to enhance the person’s independence, integration in the community, and productivity as specified in their plan. Pay: $39,594.00 - $42,594.00 per year
