Pay Rate: $18.50-19/hr

Position Summary The Production Operator is a member of the bottling department. The position may work one of the following positions: Filler, Case Packer, Palletizer, Case Former, Labeler, and Depalletizer.

Responsibilities

• Manual operation of equipment assigned.
• Clean and sanitize equipment assigned.
• Various mechanical duties as necessary.
• Perform changeovers as required.

Role in Food Safety: Follow plant GMPs at all times and ensure work area is secure.

Job Requirements

• Accurately maintain required records to ensure compliance with Company and/or government standards.
• Work safely.
• Any other tasks required by the supervisor.

Role Position that backs up this role during absence: This position will be filled with any other operator trained in the use of equipment or the relief operator during an absence .

• Physical Requirements:

This position requires the following physical demands up to 90% of the time.

• Ability to turn head to look right/left as well as up and down.
• Ability to twist body at waist.
• Ability to bend/squat/kneel.
• Ability to grasp bottles.
• Ability to reach with both arms.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift minus breaks and lunch.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Non-Physical Requirements:
• Education:
• A high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
• Minimum one year experience in a juice processing facility preferred.

• Ability to read/write in English.
• Good communication skills.
