Specialists who complete 30 days in good standing receive a bonus, and those who remain through the end of the assignment in good standing receive a second bonus.
Responsibilities:
Use data analysis skills for research, remediation, case management and troubleshooting for consumers who obtain health coverage through the marketplace
Review your assigned caseload and prioritize by urgency and Service Level Agreement (SLA) date

Adjudicate cases using standard operating procedures, document findings thoroughly, and escalate cases that need advanced subject-matter expertise
Contribute to workflow investigations, business procedures and process improvements
Work from a dedicated, secure area within your residence
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree, OR high school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience following defined processes or assignments
Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with complex data analytics and advanced problem solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and stay engaged working remotely

Compensation: $18.81 per hour, plus an hourly health & welfare benefit toward health insurance and retirement (amount varies by location).
