Case Statusing Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Case Satatusing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of patient accounts, working directly with US law firms to track, update, and resolve pending legal cases related to medical billing. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in a high-volume call center or BPO setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume portfolio by working 125+ patient accounts daily, ensuring consistent movement toward resolution.
• Execute a balanced workload consisting of 60% email correspondence and 40% phone outreach, including a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day.
• Proactively contact law firms to obtain definitive updates on pending cases (e.g., settlement status, litigation phase, or disbursement timelines).
• Achieve a 30% daily conversion rate, successfully turning outreach attempts into verified, actionable case status updates.
• Conduct a thorough deep dive into patient charts prior to contact. You must review:
• Historical account notes and previous status timelines.
• Records of prior payments or copies of checks.
• Dates of last successful contact to ensure outreach is informed and professional.
• Act as the primary point of contact for law firms requesting patient billing statements and itemized procedural costs. Ensuring all financial documents are sent promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

• English level: C1 or above
• 1+ years in a high-volume call center or BPO environment
• Experience with US law firms (preferable, but not a must)
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, )
