Women Beyond Measures Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women and families through life transitions by providing non-clinical case management, advocacy, and resource coordination.

Role Description

The Case Support role assists with client intake, follow-ups, documentation, and connecting individuals to community resources. Volunteers work under guidance and supervision and are not responsible for clinical or therapeutic services.

This is a stipended position intended for students or early-career individuals seeking practical, real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client intake and follow-up communication
• Support resource navigation, referrals, and coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Research and update community resource information
• Provide client advocacy and support under supervision
• Assist with outreach activities and special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
