Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment in the food service industry. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with maintaining a tidy area for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while following company policies for cash handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math tasks.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Base Pay: From $14.00 per hour
