Location Hybrid: – Whitehall (Inner London) - Induction onsite, then hybrid. 1-3 days per week on site, as required for Business needs.

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance

1. Active SC Clearance (no restrictions).

2. Caseworker experience

3. Microsoft Office 365 competent

Minimum Requirement:

• Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.

• Experience using government policy to make decisions.

• Experience working to strict policies and procedures.

• Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.

• Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.

• Previous Casework Experience.

• Experience of problem solving.

• Stakeholder Management.

• Good knowledge of Data Protection.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills. understanding of English, especially written.

• Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).

• Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.

• Empathy

• Home Office/Police/Immigration background

• Experience dealing with complex cases.
