• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Review and validate electronic bank statements inducted into SAP, ensuring completenessand accuracy of data.
• Investigate and clear unallocated or unidentified cash transactions on a timely manner.
• Reconcile cash-related general ledger accounts, including bank clearing and suspenseaccounts.
• Support the accounting close process by preparing and reviewing cash journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
• Liaise with accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury and other teams to ensure proper allocation and matching of transactions.
• Assist with internal and external audit request related to cash and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements related to cash processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and participating in automation or standardization initiatives.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of reconciliations, processes Key Qualifications
• At least three years of experience in accounting is required. Experience with cash-relatedprocesses, such as bank reconciliations, payment processes, and cash clearing, is also necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce is required, and a Chartered Accountant is preferred.
• Self-Motivated and Proactive: Highly self-driven, tenacious, and adept at working independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical Expertise: Proven track record of evaluating, analyzing, and presenting intricate data to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to Quality and Work Ethic: Strong dedication to excellence, perseverance, and adaptability, particularly in fast-paced and tight-deadline environments.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous, with a keen focus on accuracy and a proven ability to deliver precise results within ambitious timelines.

• Experience with SAP is preferred.
