Cash Management Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cash Management Associate to support daily cash management operations, monitor financial transactions, and ensure accurate processing of payments and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash transactions, including cash inflows and outflows.
• Process and verify payments, disbursements, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding payment-related concerns.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Support other treasury and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Accounting is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
