Cash Management Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Associate to support our Accounting Department. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and processing payment entries for accounting transactions and assisting with check issuance as needed. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in finance and accounting within a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities

**-**Accurately record and input payment entries for financial transactions processed by the Accounting Department.

**-**Assist with check preparation, printing, and issuance when required.

**-**Ensure all payment records and supporting documents are properly logged, verified, and organized.

**-**Work closely with team members to resolve payment entry discrepancies and ensure timely processing.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-1–4 years of experience in cash handling, accounting operations, vault management, or banking operations.

-Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, high numerical accuracy, keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet strict daily deadlines, and perform duties independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
