Cash Management Officer - Implementation

What You'll Do:

• Implement Cash Management Solutions for corporate clients
• Conduct client training and product onboarding
• Provide technical and client support via phone, email, video conference, or onsite visits
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client concerns
• Assist relationship managers in product presentations and client engagements
• Monitor implementation and support requests to ensure excellent service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related course preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in software installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Background in cash management implementation and client support is an advantage
