Cashier/ Accountant

出纳

主要职责：

1. 严格遵守当地相关法律、法规和财务管理制度；

2. 负责公司日常资金收支、现金及银行结算等出纳相关工作；

3. 负责登记现金、银行存款日记账，保证账实相符；

4. 协助会计完成账务、税务、报表等基础财务工作；

5. 负责财务票据、单据、凭证的整理、保管及归档；

6. 对接银行、税务等相关机构，做好日常财务沟通工作；

7. 完成公司交办的其他财务相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 财务、会计相关专业，本科及以上学历，泰国本地人，熟练掌握中文；

2. 无工作经验要求，接受应届生，具备基础财务认知；

3. 熟练使用办公软件及常用财务软件；

4. 熟悉基础财税政策及财务相关法律法规；

5. 具备良好的职业操守、责任心、团队协作及沟通协调能力。

Cashier/ Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Strictly abide by local laws, regulations and financial management systems;

2. Responsible for daily corporate capital revenue and expenditure, cash and bank settlement;

3. Responsible for cash and bank journal bookkeeping to ensure consistent accounts;

4. Assist accountants in daily accounting, tax declaration and financial statement work;

5. Responsible for sorting, keeping and archiving financial bills and vouchers;

6. Conduct daily communication and liaison with banks, tax authorities and other institutions;

7. Complete other financial tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Majoring in Finance or Accounting, bachelor's degree or above, local Thai resident, proficient in Chinese;

2. No working experience required, fresh graduates are acceptable with basic financial knowledge;

3. Familiar with office software and common financial software;

4. Familiar with basic fiscal and tax policies and relevant financial laws and regulations;

5. With good professional ethics, sense of responsibility, team spirit and communication skills.
