What they need
- Manage cash, cards and online transactions, receiving payments, issuing receipts, and providing change accurately.
- Handling cash handling and balancing duties at the start and end of each shift.
- Accurately record and report all financial transactions, prepare and submit daily collection reports & transaction summaries.
- Report discrepancies or cash shortages to immediate superior, handle refunds, customers inquiries regarding billing, payment methods, and outstanding balances.
- Resolve billing or payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
