Our team is passionate about providing great customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all tea lovers. It is our goal to bring a bit of LA and Newport to our local OC making brunch, mimosas, and tea time more readily available .

The Position:

We’re looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time team member

Barista- cashier

~ Pay + Tips: typically,

cashier $17/hr + based on experience

~ Free Meals and Drinks

The Location:

located in the heart of OC little saigon. Westminster

Store hours 8am-11pm

Shift hours (shift start and end time will vary per discussion at interview)

morning - 8am -3pm

morning- 8am- 5pm

mid shift- 12pm - 7pm

Job Responsibilities:

Barista/ Cashier Member you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and serving tea-based drinks, including brewing and shaking to order
• Learning about our teas and making recommendations to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Handling cashier duties and taking customer orders

• Quick and efficient – Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Detail-oriented – Pays attention to accuracy in drink preparation and order fulfillment
• Reliable and responsible – Shows up on time and follows through on tasks
• Team player – Works well with others and communicates effectively
• Customer-focused – Friendly, patient, and able to provide great service
• Willing to learn – No prior experience required, but an interest in tea and a willingness to be trained is a plus
• Vietnamese speaking preferred but not required
