Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier / Billing Operator to manage daily billing transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, numerical accuracy, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate bills and invoices using billing software or POS systems.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and billing records.
• Verify prices, quantities, discounts, and payment details.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Maintain proper cash records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Keep the billing counter organised and follow company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software are preferred.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
• Final salary will be decided as per interview discussion, skills, and experience.
• Training may be provided as per company requirements.
