Cashier

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our growing team in Laredo, TX. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and providing friendly service with every transaction, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Cashier, you'll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping keep the front end of the store running smoothly. Whether you're starting your retail career or bringing previous experience, you'll receive paid training and ongoing support.

What Your Shift Will Involve

Every shift offers a mix of customer interaction and daily store responsibilities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Processing cash, credit, debit, and mobile payment transactions accurately
• Scanning merchandise and completing purchases efficiently
• Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and general inquiries
• Answering questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies
• Bagging purchases carefully and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area
• Assisting with restocking merchandise and light merchandising tasks as needed
• Following company cash-handling procedures and safety guidelines
• Working with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Typical shifts may include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend and holiday shifts are shared fairly across the team.

Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Cashier, Store Cashier, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Grocery Cashier, Customer Service Associate, or in another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
• Rotating weekends based on business needs
