What they need
- Financial Transactions & Customer Service: Handle smooth cash operations, issue official receipts, and ensure excellent service at Baguio Branch.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare EOM reports, requisition/adjustment slips, summary of shares & fees, and remittance reports for Life and Non-Life accounts.
- Inventory & Monitoring: Maintain OR & PR inventory ledgers, checkbook stock, and update stock monitoring reports for accountable forms.
- Fund Management & Follow-ups: Replenish petty cash, track remittances, follow up on fund transfers, and trace unreceipted transactions.
- Administrative Support: Generate and update records in Google Sheets, request product IDs/codes, and perform other assigned duties.
