Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with orders when required.
• Balance daily cash collections and prepare sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier counter.
• Assist with general restaurant operations as assigned.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Honest, responsible, and able to handle cash accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
