Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining smooth daily operations at the cashier station. This role ensures customer satisfaction through efficient service, clear communication, and a friendly attitude, while also supporting team collaboration and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or business background preferred).
• Experience as a cashier or in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficient in POS system operations and cash handling.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively
