Cashier

The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Analyst - Cash Management (Cashier) to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for accepting payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring that cash received is accurate, intact, and safe while in possession. Also responsible for addressing payment related complaints, process refunds or errors related to transactions and answering inquiries, and provides helpful information to customers.

What’s The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensures that cash received are accurate, intact, and safe while in possession
• Provide fast and easy payment processes to our customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Facilitates fund requests of departments in need of cash to support their operation/activities/events
• Ensures the tally of cash register and collection report
• Ensures all inquiries regarding payments and refunds are addressed and processed timely to avoid customer complaints
• Provides best patient experience through cashiering

Ideally, a candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, and Finance of other related course with at least 1 year experience in cashiering activities and basic banking rules and regulations
