Cashier / Store Assistant

We're looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier / Store Assistant to join our Charlotte team.

This is a varied store-based role where you'll spend your day helping customers, working at checkout, keeping products organized, and supporting the team with whatever needs attention.

We're not looking for someone to stand behind a register for an entire shift. You'll move around the store, speak with customers, help keep displays looking good, and step onto checkout when customers are ready to purchase.

What the Job Looks Like

You'll be one of the people customers see and interact with throughout their visit.

You might start your shift getting the store ready for the day, making sure displays are tidy and products are where they should be. As customers arrive, you'll help answer questions, point them in the right direction, and provide friendly assistance.

When you're needed at checkout, you'll process purchases and make sure customers finish their visit with a positive experience.

Throughout the day, you'll also help:

• Welcome customers and offer assistance
• Help customers find products around the store
• Process purchases at checkout
• Answer general questions about products and current promotions
• Replenish merchandise when displays are running low
• Keep shelves and customer areas neat and presentable
• Return products to the correct locations
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Help with general opening, closing, and daily store tasks

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous retail experience to apply.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable talking with people, willing to get involved, and doesn't mind switching between different tasks throughout the day.

You should be reliable, approachable, and happy working as part of a team.

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, grocery, or other customer-facing work can be useful, but entry-level applicants are welcome.

Paid training is provided.
