Cashier

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and efficient checkout area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Process cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Operate the cash register/POS system.
• Count money and provide accurate change and receipts.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and discounts according to company policies.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking and other store duties when needed.
• Follow company rules regarding cash handling and customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Accurate and attentive to detail.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Basic computer/POS skills are preferred.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
