Cashier

• Process payments received from customers to ensure that payments are verified and directed to respective accounts accurately
• Consolidate daily receipts and check deposits for bank transfers
• Issue official receipts and process post-dated checks
• Liaise with concerned business units to ensure the payments are accurately credited to business units’ accounts
• Align with partner banks for monitoring status of check deposit payments
• Organize information and documents that support payment postings
• Prepare precise daily collection and cash flow reports for the bank accounts of business units and subsidiaries
• Manage and distribute funds allocated for other employees of the company
• Streamline relevant documents of the department to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform other related tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the business unit.

Job Qualification

• Graduate of any 4-year degree program
• Strong financial reliability and integrity
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Presentation) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides)
• Knowledge of SAP is not required but an advantage
