About the Role

At MegaBox Kitchen and Dining, we believe great dining starts with great service. We are looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier to join our restaurant team in Parañaque City. This is an entry level opportunity for applicants who enjoy working with customers, handling transactions, and being part of a fast paced restaurant environment.

As a Cashier, you will welcome customers, process orders and payments accurately, and help create a positive experience from the moment guests arrive. You will work closely with our service and kitchen teams to ensure orders are handled efficiently and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer basic questions, and provide friendly and professional assistance.

Cashiering: Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately.

Order Processing: Receive customer orders and enter them correctly into the restaurant ordering system.

Transaction Accuracy: Check bills, provide correct change, and issue receipts while maintaining accurate transactions.

Restaurant Support: Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to help ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.

Cleanliness: Keep the cashier station clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Customer Assistance: Respond politely to customer concerns and refer more complex issues to the appropriate team member.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or restaurant work is preferred. Fresh graduates and applicants with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent. College students and graduates are encouraged to apply.

Customer Service: Friendly, polite, and comfortable communicating with customers.

Numeracy: Able to handle basic calculations and cash transactions accurately.

Technology: Comfortable learning and using a point of sale system.

Language Skills: Basic English and Filipino communication skills are sufficient for the role.

Mindset: Reliable, willing to learn, attentive to detail, and comfortable working as part of a restaurant team.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,600.00 per month
