Cashier

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily cash transactions and the company’s petty cash fund. The role requires accuracy, honesty, and proper documentation of all cash-related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and monitor the company’s petty cash fund.
• Process authorized cash disbursements, reimbursements, and cash advances.
• Verify receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions.
• Prepare daily cash reports and perform cash reconciliation.
• Monitor cash on hand and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Operations teams regarding cash requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of receipts and financial documents.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Experience in cashiering, petty cash, or accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in a cargo/logistics environment.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
