Cashier

A great customer experience often starts at the checkout. We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier to join our St. Louis team and be someone customers can count on for quick, helpful, and professional service.

You’ll work in a busy, customer-focused environment where every interaction matters. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, stays calm when things get busy, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Your Day-to-Day

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process cash, card, and other payments accurately
• Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and basic customer questions
• Explain products, services, promotions, and pricing when needed
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Follow cash-handling and transaction procedures
• Help keep customer lines moving efficiently during busy periods
• Work with team members to resolve routine customer concerns
• Maintain accurate transaction and register records

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Comfortable using a register, computer, and basic payment systems
• Able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• A positive team player who is willing to help where needed
• Previous cashier, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
