The Role

You’ll be part of the store team, helping customers at checkout while supporting the smooth running of the sales floor. The day can be busy, so being dependable, attentive and comfortable working with people is important.

Day to Day

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Process cash, card and other payments accurately
• Answer basic customer questions
• Provide receipts and assist with returns when needed
• Keep the checkout area clean and organised
• Check prices and assist with basic product questions
• Replenish items around the checkout area
• Follow cash-handling and store procedures
• Support the team with general store tasks
