Responsibilities

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions swiftly and efficiently
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product knowledge
• Assist customers with product demos and merchandising to enhance their shopping experience
• Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting
• Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or reservations

Requirements

• Previous cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
• Retail store product knowledge and merchandising skills are a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Supervising experience is an advantage for those interested in growth opportunities within the team
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
