Papa’s Pizza is looking for friendly, dependable, high-energy Front Counter / Customer Service Team Members to join our team.

For more than 48 years, Papa’s Pizza has been serving Galveston with a commitment to fresh food, great service, and a fast-paced restaurant experience. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, stay organized when things get busy, and want to be part of a strong restaurant team.

Previous restaurant, cashier, or high-volume customer service experience is preferred, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Plus, we believe our team should be able to enjoy important holidays too. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas and close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Counter Team Member, you’ll be one of the first people our guests interact with. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and providing friendly, efficient service
• Taking accurate orders at the front counter and over the phone
• Entering orders into our point-of-sale system
• Answering questions about menu items, pricing, and orders
• Processing cash and credit card payments accurately
• Helping resolve basic guest questions or concerns
• Keeping the front counter and surrounding work areas clean and organized
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures
• Communicating with kitchen and other team members to keep orders moving
• Working quickly and accurately during busy lunch, dinner, weekend, and late-night periods
• Helping the team wherever needed

Experience

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of restaurant, cashier, retail, hospitality, or high-volume customer service experience
• Experience using a POS/register system
• Experience handling cash and customer transactions

Restaurant experience is helpful, but we encourage motivated candidates with strong customer service experience to apply.

Schedule

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Available shifts may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening/night shifts
• Weekdays
• Weekends

Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
