Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
• Conduct product demos when needed to inform customers about features and benefits
• Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and stocked
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items or services
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while adhering to safety and security protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is advantageous
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
• Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle inquiries and maintain smooth operations
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

Pay: $13.30-$14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
