About the role
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Dean & DeLuca BGC. The Cashier will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, assisting guests with warmth, and ensuring smooth checkout operations that reflect our premium cafe experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchange efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and checkout area.
- Provide friendly assistance to customers and address inquiries.
- Support daily store operations when needed.
About you
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.
