What they need
Role Purpose:
Receives funds from customers, regional cashiers and employees, disburses funds, and records monetary transactions in the company.
Key Accountabilities
- Collect all clients payments from Sales Reps & enter in excel sheet.
- Collect all clients payments collected by the collector & send it in one collection to banks.
- Collect all Cash Vans & drivers Collections to send to banks on the following day
- Update P.D.C list on a daily basis.
- Prepare Next day Collection (PDC / CV / Drivers).
- Enter in oracle system all receipts books delivered to SR / CV in Beirut & branches
- Update the list of returned checks on a daily basis
- Handles the Petty cash of Office and Warehouse.
- Ensure Petty cash payments are made with proper approval
- Ensure that petty cash balance is maintained at an acceptable level
- Handles the Stocks of Stamps for the Billing and Receipts and Customer Care (contracts ...Etc).
- Ensure that the stamps are safeguarded and well monitored and controlled
Desired Candidate Profile
BT in Accounting or Commerce
Car is a must
No prior experience is required
Languages: Good English and Arabic language is required
Computer: Excel
