Cashier

Lady Love is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier to support daily retail operations and provide a welcoming shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers, processing purchases and payments, answering general product questions, and maintaining an organized checkout area. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a customer-focused retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Process purchases, payments, and other transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods according to store procedures.
• Assist customers with general product, pricing, and store-related questions.
• Provide receipts and support routine checkout requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable register and front-counter area.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain neat sales-floor displays.
• Restock shopping bags, packaging, and other store supplies as needed.
• Assist customers with basic shopping and customer-service needs.
• Communicate customer concerns and product requests to store management.
• Support opening, closing, and other daily retail duties as assigned.
• Follow cash-handling, safety, customer-service, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, retail, sales, boutique, or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Friendly, professional, and respectful approach to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable learning and using POS systems.
• Good attention to detail and transaction accuracy.
• Able to stay organized while assisting multiple customers.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and product information.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
