Our Dallas office is looking for a Cashier to take responsibility for the day-to-day handling of customer payments and transaction activity.

You’ll work in an office environment where accuracy, organization, and professionalism matter. From confirming payment details to keeping records up to date, you’ll help make sure financial transactions are handled correctly and customers receive a smooth experience.

A Typical Week Could Involve:

Processing customer transactions through company payment systems
Confirming amounts, payment details, and account information before completing transactions
Issuing receipts and maintaining clear transaction records
Assisting customers with routine payment or transaction questions
Reviewing completed transactions and checking for missing or incorrect information
Handling approved refunds, adjustments, and payment-related requests
Balancing transaction records and reporting discrepancies when identified
Updating payment information and maintaining organized documentation
Communicating with other teams when a transaction requires additional investigation
Following company procedures for payment processing and information security
Helping customers understand basic payment procedures and available options
Supporting related office and administrative tasks when required

Monday to Friday

You’ll work regular weekday hours from our Dallas office in a structured environment where accuracy and customer service are important.

Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Location: Dallas, TX

Previous experience in cash handling, retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, reception, administration, or another role involving transactions or customer interaction is helpful.

You’ll need to be comfortable working with numbers, following procedures, using basic computer systems, and maintaining accurate information. Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional approach when dealing with customers are important.

Training will be provided on company systems, payment procedures, and internal processes.
