Job Description
We are seeking cashiers and servers for our Event Center located in Allen, Texas to assit with the operations for Credit Union of Texas Event Center.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash register operations and retail sales transactions.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Prepare simple food items as needed, following food safety management and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food handling areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely service and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly.
• Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
