Cashier

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash and payment transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Operate the POS system.
• Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Prepare daily cash and sales reports.
• Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.
• Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous cashier experience is preferred.
• Good numerical and basic computer skills.
• Experience with POS systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
