Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed
• Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation at shift end
• Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays in accordance with merchandising standards
• Assist in inventory management through stocking and inventory checks to ensure product availability
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors

Requirements

• Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering duties.
• Demonstrated experience or leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience in upselling techniques and sales strategies preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
