Cashier

We are looking for a friendly, upbeat Cashier to join our team in Montgomery, AL. If you enjoy meeting people, working in a lively store and helping customers leave with a positive impression, you will feel right at home with us.

This Cashier position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

At the checkout

• Welcome customers with a positive, helpful attitude
• Process cash, card and contactless payments
• Operate the POS system accurately
• Scan, bag and organise customer purchases
• Issue receipts and process approved returns
• Answer general questions about products and store services
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked and organised
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
• Assist colleagues during busy periods
• Follow cash-handling and store security procedures
