Job Summary

Pak Madina Store is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier with at least 2 years of retail experience. The successful candidate will accurately process customer transactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth checkout operations.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow company cash handling and operational procedures.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail cashier experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Supervise and support cashier staff.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily cash.
• Resolve customer complaints and payment issues.
• Train new cashiers on company procedures.
• Prepare daily cash reports and maintain records.
• Ensure the checkout area operates efficiently.

Location: Al Rehman Garden Phase 2 Lahore

Timings: 2 shifts

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
