Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their orders.
• Accurately input customer orders into the POS system.
• Receive cash, card, and other forms of payment.
• Provide correct change and receipts.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Coordinate with Baristas and Service Crew to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Answer basic customer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in cash or transactions to the Manager.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Assist with other store duties as assigned by the Manager.
