Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with customers using phone etiquette and active listening skills to address questions or concerns

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
• Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Ability to perform basic technology tasks including POS systems and product demos
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse customer base
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Positive attitude with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
