CASHIER

About the role

Nephro Specialist Inc. is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process cash, checks, bank transfers, and other forms of payment
• Issue official receipts and other required payment documents
• Accurately record and maintain daily cash transactions
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit collections for proper accounting and verification
• Verify cash on hand against recorded transactions
• Assist in preparing bank deposits and ensure timely turnover of collections
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of all cash transactions
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance Departments regarding payment and collection concerns
• Handle customer/patient payment inquiries professionally
• Ensure proper safekeeping and accountability of company funds

About you

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Accounting Assistant, or related position is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic accounting and cash-handling procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company funds
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in a healthcare/clinic environment
