Cashier

Greet customers. Perform service transactions through the relevant platforms. Process hardware transactions. Check and update interfaces such as CRM, Intranet, Emerald, and Finapp. Process cash, card, and other payment methods. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, including Billing, Accounting, Customer Service, Customer Care, Collection, Sales, and Logistics. Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Deliver cash to the collection team.
