Cashier

The Cashier responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payments for food and beverage orders served by our staff, issuing receipts, and ensuring a smooth billing process for every guest. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong basic math and cash-handling skills, and is dedicated to delivering excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment transactions for food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Guest Billing: Issue official receipts, itemized bills, and change promptly and accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with Food Attendants and service staff to verify orders, split checks, or apply discounts as requested.
• Cash Management: Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring precise reconciliations and accountability for all receipts.
• Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor during all guest interactions.
• Compliance & Standards: Follow all company financial procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitization standards at the cash station.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a retail/hospitality cash-handling role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, and card terminals.
• Core Competencies: Excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail, and efficient multitasking abilities.
• Communication: Clear communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
