Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
• Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain merchandising standards at the checkout area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately
• Support inventory management through product scanning, stock replenishment, and basic merchandising tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic technology sales concepts is advantageous
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
